Using different apparatus’ like a ball, rope, hoop or ribbon, and then incorporating ballet, gymnastics and modern dance the sport is truly magnificent to watch. Rhythmic Gymnastics is a combination of three sports, making it a great option for the girl who wants to do it all.

Rhythmic Gymnastics can be safer and less hard on the body than Artisitc Gymnastics.  RG is a sport that requires a strong mind & body, working together to create graceful moving expression. The coordination, balance and precision your daughter learns will transfers to many other sport & artistic activities.
